On looking through this visitor's book I was frankly a little disappointed because the comments I read were either gushing or non-committal. I will do my best therefore to be objective as possible to anyone seriously considering Ayuryogashram for treatment. My work is demanding and stressful. (I am principal of a school here in India, but do enjoy it.) As a result, on arrival here I was underweight, gaunt, and rather highly-strung physically. The first few days found me very tired and wondering if the treatment was helping at all. Thereafter I settled in, resting, living a very slow pace, slower than ever before in my life, perhaps. My main concern before the treatment was that my lower extremities especially were generally cold. After 10 days this began to improve, now after 14 days it is much improved. Mr. Nair and the doctors insist that if I stick to their prescription for another 2 weeks of stress-free, exercise-less, relaxing life after this treatment, I will see even further improvements. It will be difficult to do that in my job at the beginning of the term, but let me see. In general this is a quality Ayurvedic Centre. Dr. Anita is a committed and serious doctor. The staff are all very attentive. I doubt whether anyone will be disappointed who comes here for treatment. But work is required on your side to look at your habits of mind, to follow doctor's instructions and to be prepared to face your inner disquiet and sorrows as and when they arise. Hats off to Mr. Nair for creating such a good place with such a good team. B.J
